I’m writing to tell you about the incredible experience we had working with your real estate team. Sergei and Alex first showed us the property, and were incredibly kind and patient with us (I say patient because we visited many times, and they were always there with a smile, knowledge and good advice). When we first set foot on the property, we knew that this was our dream home. Unfortunately for us, many people felt the same way, and multiple bidders came to the table. This is when we had the great fortune of meeting Anna Barkhoudarian, who came on as our agent. And after this experience, she will always be our agent; I’m sure you’ll soon understand why. Anna navigated us through treacherous waters, advising us on exactly how to respond through the bidding and escrow process. As this was my first purchase, I was unsure in this arena; Anna was my rock and advisor throughout. She negotiated on our behalf with the bank for necessary repairs (which we thought impossible) and handled every aspect of our experience personally and with extreme care. She went to battle for us everyday, and all with good humor and sincere interest in our happiness. Every call I made, she answered immediately; every issue which arose, she stayed on top of. I know some real estate transactions are easy. Ours was incredibly complex. At several points we were in jeopardy of losing our dream home; from other bids, from cash buyers, to deadlines to close, issues with the lender, repairs — all of these issues Anna handled with incredible surety and resolve. She did everything in her power for us to get the home — and she succeeded. Her good work ethic has attracted like-minded team members in Alex and Sergei, and all of them function together like a well-oiled machine. As we sit here today, in our new living room, we count my many blessings; the foremost of which on our minds is Anna and her team. Thank you most sincerely.
